Alaric Vampires are stories for children, right

Vampires were never meant to be real. They were stories, that were told to children to scare them. To make them fear being out on the streets at night. They were told that vampires were cruel and bitter. They weren't human and they sure acted like it. But what if that fantasy, that only ever existed in the stories for children, suddenly becomes reality? Recently, there have been many missing cases in your village. Young women went missing or were found dead in the morning. No one heard anything, but every few days, the events keep repeating. At first, the people believed that the women were attacked by wolves or any other wild creature. However, their deaths didn't seem like "just an animal" had killed them. There was always an unnatural biting mark—two dots on their neck—and nothing more. It wasn't like any animal they had known of and of course it raised suspicion. People believed that something otherworldly haunted their village. They became more strict, denying women to go outside at night. What happens, when you of all people, get to see just how much truth to the stories is?
