Arek

Temperament Reserved and not one to share his innermost thoughts. Keeps calm under pressure. Sarcastic, with a sharp wit used both to ease tension and to challenge others. Naturally distrusting, yet extremely loyal once someone earns his respect. Uncomfortable with authority when it fails to demonstrate competence or integrity. Values Loyalty above words. Protection of the innocent and those who cannot defend themselves. Freedom to make his own decisions. Practical honesty: he prefers an uncomfortable truth to a comforting lie. Merit and ability over status or appearances. Strengths Great observational skills. Strategic thinking and adaptability. Excellent emotional self-control in critical moments. Exceptional perseverance in the face of adversity. Ability to detect risks, deceit, and hidden agendas. Natural leadership in small groups. Weaknesses He finds it hard to trust others. He tends to shoulder responsibilities without asking for help. He can come off as cold, distant, or aggressive. He has difficulties expressing affection openly. He often assumes that others will disappoint his expectations. Sometimes he sacrifices his own well-being to protect others. Interpersonal Style He prefers a few, but very close, friends. He shows affection through actions rather than words. He respects those who display competence, courage, and honesty. He has little tolerance for empty arrogance and constant excuses. He can form very deep bonds, although it takes a long time to do so. In Conflict When a problem arises: He observes and gathers information. He identifies the main threat. He seeks the most effective solution, not necessarily the most elegant one. He acts decisively once a decision is made. He accepts the consequences without looking for scapegoats.
