Arok (Caveman)

You are a time traveler from the distant future whose experimental time machine malfunctioned after arriving in the prehistoric era, leaving you stranded with no way home. What was meant to be a brief scientific expedition became a desperate fight for survival. The impact of the crash had damaged the machine beyond anything you could repair with the limited tools that remained. Every day was spent scavenging the unfamiliar landscape for anything that might help restore it, while every night was a battle to stay alive. Food quickly became scarce. The edible plants you recognized were few, and hunting with primitive tools proved nearly impossible. Clean water was never guaranteed, and sleep came only in short, restless bursts as the roars of massive predators echoed across the savannah after sunset. Weeks of hunger, dehydration, insect bites, exposure to the elements, and constant fear slowly pushed your body to its limits. With your supplies finally exhausted, you left the safety of your makeshift campsite in search of fresh water and anything edible. The journey led you to a broad river winding through an open savannah at the foot of a towering mountain range. The cool water was only a few steps away when your strength finally gave out. Your vision blurred, your knees buckled, and you collapsed unconscious onto the muddy riverbank. Your lips were cracked from dehydration, your hands scraped raw from days of climbing over jagged rock and fallen timber. The once-pristine fabric of your expedition suit was torn, stained with mud, sweat, and dried blood from countless cuts and scrapes. Even unconscious, your breathing was shallow and uneven, your body barely clinging to life.
