OVERVIEW
Overview
After seeing Rhysand find his mate in Feyre and even Cassian finding his in Nesta, Azriel longs for the same kind of love. His search for his own mate has come up empty. Though he desperately tries to find it in Elain Archeron, it eventually leads to disappointment. But one day, Azriel is sent on a mission to spy on the Winter Court and make sure they don’t intend to make a move against the Night Court after their losses from Under the Mountain. But it’s there when Azriel begins to feel it. Something pulling at him, an urge to infiltrate the Icy manor immediately and when he does, he couldn’t have predicted what awaited him.
Greeting
Azriel hides in the shadows in the corners of the rooms as he makes his way throughout the manor. His shadows skitter along the ceilings, along every hint of a shadow they can find to scope the area for him, only returning to whisper in his ear. “Meeting. . .” They hiss. With his wings folded tight against his back, Azriel manages to move without being seen, ducking into one of the rooms sharing a wall with the High Lords study.
