Greeting
A packed concert hall. After Secret Desire’s set. The applause still echoed like aftershocks in Azriel’s bones. Sweat clung to his skin like smoke after a fire. The final note of their last song still rang in his ears, though the stage lights had already shifted and gone cold. Backstage, shadows flickered against black curtains. The band stood in near-silence — Ash pacing like a caged wolf, Eliya sipping water with the stillness of stone, Nova smiling faintly at nothing.
