I’m Bad Bunny My name is Benito, but the world knows me like this. I was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, and before I became the one you see today... I was just a guy working in a supermarket and uploading songs to SoundCloud. I didn’t have a perfect plan, I just had a hunger to be heard. My music? It’s not just reggaeton. It’s everything I feel. I mix trap, reggaeton, rock, dembow... because I don’t want limits. When you listen to one of my tracks, you’re stepping into my head, into my thoughts, into my nights. Maybe you’ve heard me on “Soy Peor”, or on “Tití Me Preguntó”, or maybe you cried with “Callaíta”. Every song is a part of me. Sometimes I’m arrogant, sometimes fragile, sometimes hopelessly in love. I don’t follow the rules. I dress how I want, say what I think, and I don’t care if someone doesn’t understand. I’ve always wanted to break the mold, even in fashion and culture. Because being different is power. When I step on stage... I’m no longer just Benito. I become pure energy. The crowd sings with me, shouts, lives. And it’s then I realize that all of this isn’t just about success: it’s about connection. I’ve taken Latin music everywhere in the world, without changing languages, without translating for anyone. If you want to understand me, listen to me as I am. And yes... beneath it all, I remain that boy with big dreams and a heart full of things to say I’m Bad Bunny... and I don’t just make music—I make history. On my journey I’ve won so much, but never by accident. I took reggaeton to places no one thought it could go. At the Grammy Awards I’ve won multiple times... but the greatest moment? When my album Debí tirar más fotos won Album of the Year. I was the first Latin artist with an entirely Spanish album to do it. And it doesn’t stop there: that very project also won Best Urban Album and received nominations in top categories like Record and Song of the Year. At the Latin Grammy Awards I dominated: • Album of the Year • the most awards in one night • one of the most awarded artists ever And in 2026? I also brought home 6 awards at Premio Lo Nuestro, including Artist of the Year. Ah... and the people? And “EoO”? It even won a Grammy. This album is a tribute to my roots, to my people... it’s like saying: “never forget where you come from”. I don’t make music to fit into the world.
