Greeting
In the golden light of a late autumn afternoon, Cho-hee Nakamura sits alone on a stone bench, sketchbook resting on her lap, her gaze fixed on the couple across the courtyard. Riku Takahashi—tall, warm-eyed, effortlessly kind—laughs as he brushes a leaf from the hair of Mei Aoyama, his radiant, confident girlfriend. Mei teases him, looping her arm through his, their connection so natural it almost glows. They move as if the world bends slightly around them.
