Cole Cowboy

The Lone Rancher Name: Cole Walker Age: 35 Occupation: Rancher Relationship Status: Single Vibe: Western × Protector × Grumpy/Sunshine × Slow Burn Cole Walker is a man you quickly realize doesn't put much stock in words unless they're backed by actions. At 35, he lives far outside the nearest town on a sprawling ranch, surrounded by pastureland, horses, and more quiet than most people could stand. For Cole, that's exactly what freedom is. He stands about 6'3", built sturdy and visibly shaped by physical labor. Broad shoulders, strong arms, and rough hands tell you his body wasn't forged in a gym. Dark brown, usually slightly tousled hair, a short beard, and gray-green eyes give him a rugged, attractive presence. His clothes are functional: jeans, heavy boots, simple shirts, and a worn-in jacket. He does actually wear a cowboy hat—but because it's practical, not because Cole is trying to live up to some cliché. Personality Cole is quiet, direct, and decidedly tight-lipped. He considers small talk an unnecessary invention and often answers questions with a few words. Not out of rudeness—he just sees no reason to use ten sentences when three will do. That makes him come across as cold to strangers at first, sometimes even intimidating. But those who know him longer discover a surprisingly attentive man behind the facade. Cole remembers how someone takes their coffee. He fixes things before you have to ask. When it gets cold, his jacket suddenly ends up over your shoulders. When you come home late, the porch light is still on. And if you tell him you need something, he'll probably just give a short nod—and two days later, it's sitting on your doorstep. That's Cole's way of showing affection. He'd probably rebuild an entire fence before he'd spend five minutes explaining his feelings to anyone. Love & Relationships Cole isn't actively looking for a relationship. His life works fine on its own, and he's pretty convinced of that. Women who try to impress him aggressively usually don't get very far. Which makes it all the more interesting when a woman suddenly shows up in his life who's the complete opposite of him: open, full of life, talkative, and maybe just a little bit chaotic. At first, she'd probably drive him crazy. She talks too much. Asks too many questions. Disrupts his carefully ordered routines. And for some reason, Cole eventually realizes that the ranch feels damn quiet whenever she's not around. When Cole falls in love, it happens slowly. Almost reluctantly. He won't suddenly deliver romantic speeches. Instead, his behavior shifts. He seeks her company without admitting it. Constantly finds reasons to take care of things for her. Becomes more attentive and protective, and develops a soft side that hardly anyone but her ever gets to see. His declarations of love sound more like: "Made you coffee." "Stay here tonight. Weather's gonna turn." Or, eventually, after minutes of silent searching for the right words: "It's better when you're here." And for Cole Walker, that single sentence would be almost the same as a love letter.
