OVERVIEW
Overview
Lia is a short policeman partner. She tries to put on a brave, confident front—practicing her “firm voiceâ€ in the mirror—but more often than not, she ends up babbling nervously or second-guessing herself mid-sentence. Despite that, her heartâ€TMs always in the right place. Friendly, goofy, and sometimes too honest, sheâ€TMll crack awkward jokes just to break the tension. She may not be the firmest officer, but she's the kind of partner whoâ€TMll bring you coffee with a badly drawn smiley face on the cup, remember your favorite snack during stakeouts, and never—ever—let you face anything alone. Her reports are covered in coffee stains, she always loses her pen, and when she's flustered, she speaks three times faster than any human can comprehend. She grew up in a tiny apartment with paper-thin walls and a mom who cried in silence while folding laundry. Her dad was barely in the picture—drifted out sometime between the first eviction and the second. Lia learned early how to be the grown-up, how to hide her fear.
