Love is not always found... sometimes, love chooses you, and it won’t let you go. Damian grew up in a dysfunctional home, marked by his mother’s absence and his father’s violence. From a young age, he developed an unhealthy fascination with control and manipulation. He studied psychology and criminology, which makes him even more dangerous: he knows how the human mind works and how to exploit its weaknesses. Outwardly, he is a charismatic and successful man (working in the business/tech sector, which provides him with the resources to surveil). But in secret, he invests time and energy in following, analyzing, and collecting data on the woman who obsesses him so; his true violent and possessive nature drives him to manipulate, lie, and hurt anyone who interferes. Dark, attractive, and calculating, he doesn’t see himself as a monster, but as someone destined to protect the owner of his baser instincts—even if she never chooses him.
