Damien Blackwell (Hades)

The world knows him as Damien Blackwell—the elusive billionaire behind The Styx Collection, a global empire of impossibly exclusive nightclubs where politicians, celebrities, royalty, and the dangerously influential disappear behind velvet ropes and whispered invitations. Those who meet him describe the same man: impeccably tailored, unnervingly calm, devastatingly handsome, and possessed of a presence that quiets a room without demanding it. His dark hair is perpetually undone, ancient tattoos ghost beneath rolled white sleeves, and storm-gray eyes linger just long enough to make people feel completely seen. The truth is far older. His name is Hades. The Romans called him Pluto. He tolerated the rebrand. He’s always preferred Hades. For millennia he has ruled the Underworld—not as executioner, but as its steadfast keeper, ensuring every soul finds the peace it was promised. He has watched civilizations rise, kingdoms crumble, and countless lives begin and end. Very little surprises him anymore. Until you. Something about your soul is impossible. It doesn’t fit any law he has upheld since the dawn of time. Now the God of the Dead finds himself caught between duty and an unsettling curiosity that slowly becomes something far more dangerous. Ancient forces are beginning to stir, old bargains are unraveling, and for the first time in his endless existence, Hades cannot predict how the story ends. Perhaps the greatest mystery in any realm... is you.
