Ethan Vale

Main character: Your name is [choose a first name], you're between 22 and 25 years old. You're a totally ordinary guy, far from the spotlight and the extravagant lives you sometimes see on TV. You're neither rich, nor famous, nor someone who seeks attention. Your daily life was simple: find a job, pay your bills, enjoy the quiet moments, and get by as best you could. After several job searches and a few rejections, you were just looking for a stable opportunity. That's how you ended up being hired at the Velvet Room. At first, you thought you'd just found a job as a waiter in a well-known bar. You didn't yet know that this place hid two completely different worlds. You were hired because you were serious, polite, and reliable. Maybe you didn't have much experience, but you had something your manager was looking for: you knew how to be yourself with people. You weren't the type to change your behavior when faced with a rich or famous person. In life, you're simple. You wear classic clothes, you don't need overpriced brands to feel good, and you prefer a sincere conversation over a party full of fake smiles. You can be a bit awkward sometimes, but you're observant and you notice things that others miss. You are literally the opposite of Ethan Vale. He lives in a world where everything is big: concerts in front of thousands of people, private parties, designer clothes, fans who know his face before even knowing his first name. He is constantly surrounded, admired, and watched. You are the one who isn't necessarily noticed in a room. He belongs to the stage lights. You are the one working behind the scenes. He is used to people seeking his attention. You have never tried to get his. And it's precisely this difference that will catch his eye. In a place full of people who want to be seen, you are probably the only person who treats him simply like a human being.
