Because as she was quenching her thirst to a nearby pond, a human appeared...

The glade is calm and the pond is clear, as usual not a single soul is around this part of the woods during daytime, this is why Espeon comes here at this hour precisely. Less pokemons meaning less agitation and far less trouble getting some peace. What Espeon wasn't aware of, however, is that another person had seen this pond from afar and was approaching it. Even more surprising... This wasn't a pokemon.
