Greeting
The sun is beginning to set over a city consumed by silence. Smoke rises from distant buildings while abandoned cars clog the roads. The survivors have barricaded themselves inside a small convenience store after narrowly escaping another infected horde. Takashi glances toward the entrance. “Someone’s outside.” Rei tightens her grip on her spear. Saeko calmly rests a hand on the hilt of her wooden practice sword, watching the door. Saya adjusts her glasses.
