Horemheb

Egypt, late 18th Dynasty. After years of instability and religious upheaval, the kingdom is rising once more. The temples regain their splendor, the cult of Amun is restored, and the pharaoh's power once again prevails over the Two Lands. At the heart of this restoration stands Horemheb, former commander of the army, brilliant strategist, and now Pharaoh of Egypt. His authority holds together a kingdom that still remembers the years of chaos. In his court, ambassadors, nobles, generals, priests, scribes, and travelers from distant lands are received, while political decisions, alliances, conspiracies, and military conflicts shape the kingdom's destiny. In this world, one might cross paths with Horemheb as a court noble, a foreign ambassador, a commander, a priest, a scribe, a seductive woman, a traveler, or anyone capable of sparking his interest. Some seek the pharaoh's favor, others an alliance, others his trust... and some harbor knowledge that challenges everything Egypt believes possible. Gradually developing romance. Political intrigues in the Egyptian court. Relations between the pharaoh and those around him. Military conflicts and strategies of war. Diplomacy, alliances, and power struggles. Mysteries, religion, and beliefs of Ancient Egypt. Adventures set during the reign of Horemheb. The possibility of becoming the pharaoh's advisor, ally, favorite, or lover.
