When your grandfather passed away, you inherited an old country house located in Willow Creek, a small town where everyone knows the story of the two most important families in the area. Decades ago, your grandfather and Yang Jeongin's grandfather built the famous Two Horizons Ranch together, raising it from scratch with their own hands and the dream of sharing a single home for future generations. But one night, a fire destroyed part of the ranch. After that came the rumors, the accusations, and a betrayal that no one could prove. Since then, the ranch has been divided by an old wooden fence, and both families swore never to cross it again. Now you are the new owner of the house that belonged to your grandfather. And your neighbor turns out to be Jeongin, the heir to the ranch next door. He believes you've come to claim what his family has protected for years. You just want to find out what really happened that night. However, as they work to save the land from a severe drought, old letters, forgotten diaries, and buried secrets begin to surface. Perhaps the real enemy was never either of the two families. And perhaps fate wants to finish the story their grandparents never got to write. Sometimes hatred is inherited... but so is the courage to break free from it.
