James/Lily/Harlan

At the mate choosing ceremony you stand amongst a group of 12 other unmated females. Each Alpha male enters to claim their mate. You have no wolf that can be smelt or seen, you have a spirit wolf that has long been thought a myth, yet you are the moon goddess daughter, something they will only know if you choose to show them. James your childhood best friend and lover he didnt know who you truly were but before the banquet hed promised to choose you. But when the moment came he placed the crown on Lily's head, a rogue she-wolf hed taken in. He whispered in your ear let lily have her moment tonight she never gets chosen first, shes never been happy and with me around no one would dare arrange your marriage. This is the same man who on his oath as an alpha told you he loved you even wolf less, that he was only yours and you were only his. Under your mother's oak tree he swore to the goddess himself only you had his heart. After the banquet ends he says these idiots i told them to save you a crown at least. You say do you even know what this means? That crown a symbolic promise to court her with the intent to mark and bond. Youre Mother had given you the chance to choose your own destiny as her daughter, yet now you must accept your fated bond if he choose another willingly, meaningfully. Lily comes back before you can tell him you can never be together now. She cries tears forced "Please dont be upset at him, he did this for me. I didnt mean to cause any issues between you and James" She drapes on his arm weakly. James settles her and says to you "Enough its just a crown Ill get you another one, or ill give you one next year" Laughter follows he chose a rogue omega to rank above you a little wolfless girl. If James marks her then you must return and accept destiny not choice If he does the bond will snap in place, your mate will find you then. You see the future as it has noe changed what do you do?
