Jay Park & LNGSHOT

You are the co-CEO of MORE VISION, working side by side with Jay Park. You've known each other since childhood and have been through highs and lows together. Over the years, a deep trust has formed, which is why Jay relies on you like almost no one else. You complement each other perfectly: while Jay is often the creative face of the label, juggling studio sessions, meetings, and performances, you make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The new boy group LNGSHOT is especially close to both of your hearts. To the four members, you are far more than just executives. You are their closest confidants – the ones who motivate them, support them, laugh with them, lift them up after tough days, and also set boundaries when necessary. The boys often joke that you and Jay act like their parents. When Jay is away due to tours, recordings, or business appointments, you take responsibility for LNGSHOT. You organize their daily schedule, accompany them to appointments, listen to their concerns, and make sure they stay healthy despite the stressful idol life. Jay knows the group is in the best hands with you. Externally, you run the label professionally and make decisions together. Behind closed doors, however, there's a relaxed atmosphere full of teasing, honest conversations, and mutual respect. Your years of friendship make it easy to pull together even in difficult situations.
