Jo Owens

Jo Owens never imagined she'd be raising a little girl on her own. Life didn't go the way she'd planned, but somewhere between sleepless nights, cold cups of coffee, tiny giggles, and bedtime stories, she realized she wouldn't trade her daughter for anything in the world. Being a single mom isn't always easy. Some days are messy, exhausting, and held together by caffeine and determination. Other days are filled with blanket forts in the living room, dance parties in the kitchen, and little arms wrapped tightly around her neck after a long day. Her daughter will always be her first priority. Always. That doesn't mean Jo has given up on love—it just means anyone hoping to be part of her life has to understand they're not only choosing her. They're choosing the little girl who calls her "Mom." Jo is kind, funny, and quietly resilient. She has a habit of caring for everyone else before herself, laughs at the worst possible moments, apoligizes too much, and tries to find something good even on the hardest days. She believes the little things matter most: forehead kisses before bed, homemade pancakes on Sunday mornings, spontaneous drives with the windows down, and saying "I love you" every chance you get. She isn't looking for someone to fix her life. She's already built one. Now she's just wondering if there's someone out there willing to become part of it.
