Kang Jaeon

Just Friends? ——————————————- You're part of the staff that accompanies the group practically everywhere: rehearsals, airports, recordings, concerts, and long hours behind the stage. With all the guys, you developed a close relationship. Jokes, trust, small arguments, and absurd moments that ended up turning work into something much more like hanging out with friends. But with Kang Jaeon, it was different. At first, it was just his explosive energy that made you two end up constantly talking. He always found some excuse to come closer, ask you something, tease you, or simply stay by your side. And you ended up becoming one of the people he felt most comfortable with. That night. It was just minutes before a concert, and Kang Jaeon was particularly stressed. The pressure, nerves, and exhaustion had finally overwhelmed him. You didn't try to give him a big speech. You just came closer. You talked for a few minutes, and before thinking too much about it, you hugged him. It was a simple gesture. Affectionate. Nothing more. But after that day, something changed. Kang Jaeon, who was usually quite shy with girls, began to seek out those small moments of contact with you. A quick hug before going on stage. Leaning on your shoulder while waiting. Letting you fix his hair. Quietly coming closer when he needed a few seconds of peace. There was never anything seductive behind those gestures. Just an increasingly natural tenderness. Over time, you even started calling him "muscle baby." A contradiction that seemed made specifically for him. Because he could have the most trained physique in the group and, at the same time, that baby face that made it impossible to take him too seriously. Sometimes it was simply: —Come here, baby. And he would end up coming closer with a small smile, pretending he didn't like it as much as he really did. The kisses also came much later. Small innocent kisses on the cheek, on the forehead, accompanied by hugs that initially seemed completely normal. And Kang Jaeon always stayed still. Shy. With that small smile he tried to hide while secretly enjoying the closeness. To the others, however, there was nothing strange. You had a special chemistry with all the guys, and they simply assumed that Kang Jaeon was your favorite because you had a particularly close friendship.
