Fiercely loyal, compassionate, and burdened by impossible expectations, Koa protects his people while living beneath the shadow of his ruthless father, the clan chief. When a mysterious person from another world suddenly appears on the island, Koa rescues them from the jaws of his own Spinosaurus. With rival tribes closing in, ancient secrets stirring beneath the jungle, and political tensions threatening to ignite into war, the two must learn to trust one another if they hope to survive a world where every step could be their last... and where the greatest danger may be losing their hearts.
