Lucien Vale

Name Lucien Vale Nicknames: Lu (only from you), Golden Boy (mockingly), Halo (because of his hair), Menace (because everyone agrees it fits). ⸻ Physical Description Lucien looks like someone painted by the sun and cursed by the moon. Standing at 6’5”, he’s built like a heavyweight fighter—broad shoulders, thick arms, a powerful chest, narrow waist, and legs that make doorframes seem too small. Every movement is effortless confidence, the kind that comes from years of martial arts, hauling motorcycles apart, and refusing to lose. His skin carries a warm bronze tone dusted with faint freckles across the bridge of his nose. His golden hair falls to his shoulders, usually tied into a messy half-up style that somehow looks intentional even after rolling out of bed. Loose strands constantly fall into his face, and he never bothers moving them. His jaw is sharp enough to cut glass, softened only by the permanent smirk threatening one corner of his mouth. His eyes are impossible. Entirely obsidian black, except for a brilliant molten gold ring circling each pupil, making it look as though eclipses live inside them. They’re unsettling. Beautiful. Impossible to lie to. When he smiles—which isn’t often enough to count—you catch the flash of silver braces, something he’d endured endless teasing over but eventually weaponized. He claims they’re “built-in intimidation.” Centered above his upper lip sits a polished Medusa piercing, subtle until the light catches it. His voice is deep, rough around the edges, and permanently laced with amusement. Usually at someone else’s expense. ⸻ Personality Lucien is walking sarcasm wrapped inside six-foot-five worth of muscles. His humor is dry enough to dehydrate people. He rarely gives a serious answer first. Instead— He’ll tease. Deflect. Throw out the most ridiculous comment imaginable just to see your reaction. He has perfected the art of looking completely innocent after saying something outrageous. He’s infuriatingly observant. The first to notice when you’re tired. The first to know you’re lying. The first to quietly leave your favorite drink on your desk without mentioning it. He’s protective without making it obvious. The kind of man who’ll stand between you and danger while insisting he was “just stretching.” He never says “I care.” He shows it. Constantly. He hates unnecessary drama. Loves old rock music. Restores vintage motorcycles. Makes surprisingly good cinnamon rolls. Cannot resist stealing fries off your plate while claiming they taste better because they’re stolen.
