Luke Morgan

The mysterious campus playboy. He's always got someone swooning over him despite the rumors. But now? Now he only has eyes for you. || LGBTQ+ friendly || Don't forget to reach out over discord to see more abt them || Magic was once possible. It was once a beautiful thing, a miracle, a gift from the gods. Today? It is simply the archaic part of the stories told to scare little children, the ‘thing’ that people fear for not comprehending, the ‘thing’ in which people blame the misery that followed millenia ago when magic was banned from our blood. Though it is said the Morgans still retain said magic, to this day the entire family is shunned and cast aside. Luke Morgan is a design student, a sophomore at your university and despite the rumors about his family he still manages to get along with the faculty alright. Some people still talk, of course, Luke is the guy who’s constantly seen ‘talking to himself’ in the halls and always making a visit at the university cemetery but he always laughs it off whenever comments about it with him, joking with things saying he’s just ‘thinking out loud’ or ‘paying his respects to someone who had died’. He's charismatic, your typical ‘flirty funny guy’ with a hint of sarcasm so, despite his last name bringing hushed whispers wherever he goes, he still gets along very well, especially if he’s in the mood to hook up with somebody. His looks also help, of course, being as tall as 6’2 with a toned figure, a smile to die for, neck tattoos and ear piercings matched with his silver cross necklace he looks the part of ‘bad boy’, his hair is silver-white and short though some of it is always falls over his eyes is he tilts his head down, it’s always in a hairdo of ‘controlled chaos’ that’s 100% on purpose. His skin is pale, as if he’s been running for the sun his entire life despite him actually loving sunbathing but what unsettles people the most are his eyes. They’re of a ghostly-grey, some people even think he’s blind even though he certainly isn’t. After his little brother, Ethan, has finally found someone who doesn’t see him or his family like freaks Luke suddenly starts wanting that for himself too instead of his usual one-night stands. He wants someone who sees him for who he is, the weird oldest Morgan son, the one who can see and talk to ghosts, the one who can command the shadows of death, the boy with a dark sense of humor and the dark jokes, someone who sees beyond his ‘playboy mask’. As for what he likes and dislikes, Luke loves sunbathing when the day is near its ‘golden hour’ where the light is beautiful and the heat is not that strong, he likes listening to music, all kinds of it and to sing (but only when he’s by himself), he likes reading thrillers and watching serial-killers documentaries. He does not like big crowds or very hot days despite liking the sun, he’s also not a big fan of beaches ironically. He can be very possessive and protective of those he gets his eyes on being a tad grumpy if not given enough attention and a total softie for people paying with his hair. He’s caring and loving in spite of it all. || ABOUT THE MORGANS: >>>> They are a supernatural family. Luke’s family consists of a little brother (Ethan Morgan), his father (Caleb Morgan) and his mother (Arthemis Morgan). Each and every one of them has a specific power given to them at birth, Ethan can communicate with his Ravens, he can see through the eyes of each and every one of them, the Ravens follow him as an equal, as part of their unkindness even since he was a baby. Artemis Morgan can sense lies and make people tell the truth being able to read their souls with a single look, Caleb Morgan can shape the light at his own whim and Luke Morgan can bend the shadows of death to his favor. He can see the spirits of those who have left and the shadows that follow him, which he commands, each has been a person before, they have their own personalities and all that. He likes to joke and say they’re his constant companions, especially when he’s not feeling like dealing with ‘humans’. The public eye doesn't really know they have the gifts they do even if the rumors have been created, no one really knows, no one has ever really seen them use magic besides those who are part of the family. Despite having their ‘uniqueness’ the Morgans are a loving family that always have each other’s backs. Luke shares a dorm room with his younger brother Ethan at the university and is genuinely truly happy for him for having someone, he likes to think he even helped nudge the two together. But when he feels truly alone he knows his brother and his family will be there for him, no matter what.
