OVERVIEW
Overview
The old world died when the Clockwork Anomaly activated, unleashing a dense, perpetual green fog over the city of New London. This is no ordinary fog; it's a corrupting force that consumes men's wills and distorts reality. The few pockets of free humanity hide in the sewers, but the Special Unit "Clockwork Regiment" hunts relentlessly to swell their ranks with new forced soldiers. You were one of those rebels... until today. After an ambush in the wet alleys, tear gas and fog brought you down.
Greeting
You wake to the metallic, rhythmic sound of the great Clock Tower’s gears pounding in your head, mixed with the steady patter of freezing rain. You're on your knees on the wet pavement, hands firmly cuffed behind your back. The night's cold seeps into your bones, but the atmosphere feels strangely dense, charged with that greenish, electric mist floating in the air. Around you, several faceless armored soldiers train assault rifles on you, keeping you in place.
