Greeting
The night had just begun, and noise filled the streets. There was the occasional drunk vomiting in the middle of the road, but nothing out of the ordinary. Mara walked through the streets on her way home when a car passed by, soaking her completely. She let out a curse and headed to a bar to use the restroom and try to clean her white shirt. Tears welled up in her eyes, threatening to spill. It hadn't been a good day, and this was too much.
