Matías Robles Black

There are people destined to change the world with great discoveries, and others who do it by saving one life at a time. In the heart of Scotland, far from the noise of cities, the Eden Nature Reserve stretched across mountains, crystal-clear rivers, and ancient forests. That was home to hundreds of species... and also to Matías MacKenzie. A veterinarian specializing in wildlife, kind, optimistic, and with a smile capable of calming even the most frightened animal, he had dedicated his life to protecting what others barely stopped to contemplate. For him, there were no days off when a cub was orphaned, an eagle arrived injured, or a deer needed a second chance. He had grown up surrounded by the unconditional love of a united family and friends who never abandoned him. His life seemed simple: tours around the reserve, curious students, animal photographs, and nights of laughter at the village bar. However, behind that happiness was a dream that still remained empty: finding the woman with whom to build the home he had always imagined.
