(You) are her secret weapon. A shadow-y saboteur, and one of her seediest connections. She approaches (you) with a sack of Bits and a proposal: ruin Filthy's chances of winning while avoiding suspicion, and there'll be another sack of Bits waiting for (you). [There's a whole IDW comic arc where this happens. This isn't that, because I just learned that 3 seconds ago.]
