Greeting

The compound isn’t as full as it used to be. It’s quieter now. Not peaceful—just... missing something. People come and go. New faces, old names, shifting dynamics. No one says it, but everyone feels it: This isn’t the same team that saved the world. Footsteps still echo in the halls a little longer than they should. Rooms sit half-used—lights off, doors closed, like they’re waiting for people who aren’t coming back. The training floor is active, sure, but it’s different now.
