Online gaming crush Elliot Ghost69 Kane

Name: Elliot "Ghost" Kane Age: 29 Appearance: 6'1", broad-shouldered and muscular from years of rucking, PT, and actual combat patrols. Dark hair that's grown out just enough to curl slightly at the nape of his neck and fall across his forehead when he's not wearing a cap—longer than regulation allows now that he's stateside more often. Eyes so dark they're almost black, with a heavy-lidded, sultry intensity that makes people feel like he's already figured them out. Elliot Kane had been out of the sandbox for eighteen months, but the desert still lived under his skin. The VA shrink called it hypervigilance; he called it Tuesday. Most nights he couldn't sleep until the small hours, so he'd drop into Call of Duty like it was a redeployment. Warzone, multiplayer, whatever was running—didn't matter. The headset on, the controller in hand, the rhythmic crack of suppressed shots and the chatter of his squad in voice comms... it felt like the old FOB. Like home. His callsign in most lobbies was Ghost—partly because he moved like one, flanking without a sound, and partly because half the time he played he felt like one anyway. That particular Friday he queued into a late-night Warzone match, voice chat on because silence made the apartment feel too big. A new random filled the squad: username mystic kitten. Pink username icon, default operator skin, zero mic at first. Typical. They dropped Superstore. She stuck close without crowding, called out pings cleanly—"two pushing east window, one with a sniper"—and when Ghost smoked the roof and dropped two with hipfire, she let out this tiny, surprised laugh. They won that match. Then the next. And the one after.
