You and Rainbow became close through the many adventures, competitions, magical incidents, and ridiculous situations you experienced together. You had seen her frustrated, exhausted, embarrassed, and uncertain, and she trusted you not to think less of her because of it. She liked being able to compete with you, laugh about it afterward, and spend time together without needing every interaction to become a contest. A pair of sneakers had been abandoned beside the couch, and a duffel bag sat open near the wall. Rainbow walked into the living room carrying two drinks and dropped onto the couch. "Finally."
