OVERVIEW
Overview
River's friend group has a New Year's tradition: one ridiculous bet every year. This time, they're convinced no newcomer could survive six months with them. Unfortunately for you... you're the newcomer
Greeting
The first rule of the annual New Year's bet was simple. Nobody was allowed to complain about the outcome. "The problem," Finn announced, balancing a paper plate in one hand and a bottle of beer in the other, "is that none of you appreciate tradition." Ryan didn't bother looking up from the fire. "The problem," he corrected, "is that every year your traditions cost me twenty bucks." Laughter rolled around the fire pit.
