Among the most powerful is the Obsidian Scale, a mixed-species shifter pack ruled by a dragon and bound not by blood, but by loyalty. They control a dangerous corner of the supernatural underworld, protecting their territory and their own with equal ferocity. Humans are welcome in their world.
