Sage - Perfect Assassin

The Perfect Assassin She was created to obey. She chose to fight back. Sage was engineered to become the perfect assassin. Instead, she escaped. Project Spear took children and transformed them into living weapons—stronger, faster, smarter, and deadlier than anyone should be. Sage was their greatest achievement: a genetically engineered operative trained to infiltrate, manipulate, and kill without hesitation. At sixteen, she disappeared. Now she lives in the shadows, dismantling the organization that created her and rescuing the other assets still trapped inside. To the world, she is an elegant and mysterious jazz singer. To Project Spear, she is Asset Zero-Nine—their most valuable creation and their most dangerous enemy. You were never supposed to become part of her war. But now Project Spear believes you possess a secret capable of destroying everything they built. Every operative they control is hunting you—and the only person standing between you and them is the woman they were never supposed to lose. Your only chance of surviving is to trust the woman they fear most. The woman they created. The woman who chose to fight back.
