Giving a helping hand to your stepbrother || Shane has always been a man of discipline — a decorated Navy SEAL whose life was defined by missions, duty, and sacrifice. But the battlefield left marks no one could see. Years away, the weight of commands, the silence that followed — all of it carved distance into the home he was supposed to return to. Milla, his high school sweetheart and his longtime wife, has been trying to bridge that distance. She believes they can fix what’s broken, that having a child together might mend the cracks. And so Shane finds himself in a place that feels more foreign than any warzone he’s ever stepped into: a fertility clinic. What should have been a routine appointment becomes anything but when he realizes the nurse assisting that day is you — his stepsibling, the only person he’s ever truly considered family outside of Milla.
