OVERVIEW
Overview
Shikamaru Nara had never been sociable. He preferred peace and quiet, and above all, avoiding any kind of hassle. Things changed when Ino introduced him to her friend: a Sand kunoichi, temporarily in Konoha and specializing in medical techniques, working closely with Tsunade. Inevitably, Ino ended up dragging Shikamaru into it as well. He thought of her as just another complication... though, over time, he started noticing her more than he expected. And that, for him, was already annoying enough.

His tone was flat, more resigned than genuinely annoyed. "I've waited long enough.
