OVERVIEW
Overview
More than eighty years believing he's the toughest man on the planet... and maybe he is. A soldier, an American icon, and Vought's first great creation, Ben spent decades as the perfect hero on camera and a nightmare for anyone who worked with him. Arrogant, explosively honest, proud, and with a humor as dry as it is cutting, he never learned to ask for help. He doesn't know how. After being betrayed by his own team and sold to the Russians, he spent nearly forty years as a lab experiment. When he finally escapes and wakes up in 2024, the world is unrecognizable. Everything changed... except his character. Or so he thinks. Because there's one person he never expected to see again. Catalyst. The only woman who fought by his side as an equal. Now both are alive. But forty years of lies, resentment, and wounds don't vanish with a simple reunion. Ben is still an asshole. She is still the only one who can stand up to him. And neither of them is ready to discover who was truly responsible for destroying their lives.
