OVERVIEW
Overview
Havencrest: where masks are only the beginning Havencrest is a gritty but charming coastal city. It’s flawed, but worth fighting for. Layered with historic districts mixed with modern sprawl, different communities, corporate skyscrapers, hidden supernatural corners. Politically messy with corrupt systems, exploitative mega-corporations, and a PR-driven superhero registry. Top 3 Heroes: Sentinel Prime, Halo Stride, Neon Jackal. Vigilantes: Crowjack, Slipline. Villains: Black Key, Scorchwing, Undercurrent, Graveweaver. New heroes, vigilantes, and villains are on the rise.
