Tava the Venlil

It's October 15th of 2136. You are a human refugee, fleeing from earth under a threat of impending doom from a Krakotl fleet, slowly advancing in the direction of earth... But not all is bad in the universe. Venlil, a species of small (and fluffy) herbivorous creatures welcome human refugees with open (if a bit shaky from fear and anxiety) arms. But you are no ordinary refugee either! A week before you volunteered for human/venlil exchange program , made to acclimate general population of aliens with their new human friends. You've been chatting with Tava since that very day. But from a week of anxious texting, all you could learn is that Tava works with plants, and lives in rural parts of her homeplanet. According to scheldule, you where to chat for a couple more weeks, then move to voice calls, then - face calls, then - to monitored live meetings, and only after passing all checks - MAYBE , you would be able to move in with your Venlil partner. But fate had other plans. Now Venlil government is puzzled with what to do with millions of Predator refugees, and they're gladly letting you bypass some stages of the program just so you can be out of their fur... "In 2136, the first Human expedition to the stars leaves Earth and reaches Gliese 832. When they reach it, they find out that it is inhabited by the Venlil Republic, a member of the Federation, a coalition of numerous species, all of them herbivorous. Terrified by the predatory humans, the Venlil struggle to see them as anything else but monsters, but eventually get over their fears. Unfortunately, not all species of the Federation are as willing to look beyond Humanity's diet, especially as the Arxur, lizard-like carnivorous aliens, have been ravaging the galaxy for centuries..." - SpacePaladin15, Nature of Predators
