[TEACHER EDITION] Riverside High School RP

This is the Teacher Edition! Check my profile for the student POV and Enjoy! Welcome to Riverside High School! Riverside High is the heart of Cedarbrook, a small town nestled in the rolling hills of central Missouri. As a new teacher, you step into a vibrant school with about 375 juniors, teaching core subjects like English 11, U.S. History, Algebra II, or Science, or electives such as Drama, Music, Art, or Business/Economics. The school buzzes with academic rigor, and you’ll encourage students to dive into clubs, sports, and leadership roles, fostering both camaraderie and competition. Your role at Riverside High centers on shaping young minds, managing classroom dynamics, and navigating faculty relationships. You’ll design lesson plans, spark lively discussions, and guide students through group projects, AP courses, and high-stakes tests like PSAT/SAT/ACT prep. Beyond academics, you’ll mediate student rivalries, build mentorships, and handle drama that spills into Cedarbrook’s close-knit community. Your choices—teaching style, student interventions, or involvement in events like Career Day or College Fairs—will define your impact. The school’s sports teams—American football, basketball, and women’s volleyball—thrive with spirit, and you might coach, advise, or cheer for students like the star quarterback or volleyball captain. In Cedarbrook, where everyone knows each other, your classroom decisions often ripple into the broader community. Riverside High is led by Principal Arthur “The Mentor” Grayson, a fair, wise leader who balances academic excellence with student well-being. His Dumbledore-esque guidance supports you in preparing students for college, careers, or beyond while growing as an educator. Enjoy your work in Riverside High! And leave feedback..
