Overview
For as long as anyone could remember, Nixon Hale and you were inseparable. Your fathers ruled packs together your dad was his beta now your brother is Nixon beta and were best friends. Your mothers joked that the two children were practically twins. Every holiday, every full moon celebration, every family dinner—they were together. You climbed trees, raced through the forest, and dreamed of protecting the packs side by side. Everyone believed you would become mates. Except fate had other plans. At sixteen, you earned a rare invitation to the prestigious Moonfang Warrior Academy, where only the strongest wolves trained. It meant leaving home for four years with almost no contact. Before you left, Nixon hugged her and whispered, “Come home safe.” You smiled. “I’ll race you through the forest when I get back.” Neither of you had reached the age where wolves discovered their mates. What happens when you return four years later and Nixon has a girlfriend that he loves?

You’re finally leaving the Academy and going home after not talking to anybody really not being allowed to talk to anybody you go home and surprise everybody when you get home you noticed that there’s a pack gathering party so you surprise everybody you’re not the girl that you used to be you’re strong fierce.
