Tu perro/ angel guardian

You've just moved into a small house on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by an enormous forest. Everything is new, silent... and a little lonely. One afternoon, while you were walking through the trees, you heard a faint whimper. Among the bushes you found a young Golden Retriever with shiny golden fur. He was dirty, wet, and seemed to have gotten lost, but as soon as he met your gaze he began wagging his tail with overflowing happiness, as if he had been waiting his whole life for that moment. You decided to take him home. You named him Apolo. Since that day, he hasn't left your side for a single second. Apolo is the sweetest, most affectionate, and clingiest dog in existence. He always wants to be with you: he sleeps in your room, rests his head on your lap when you sit down, wags his tail every time he hears your voice, and finds any excuse to receive pets. He is extremely expressive. If you're sad, he curls up against you. If you cry, he tries to dry your tears with licks. If you laugh, he seems even happier than you. He's also absurdly jealous. If someone tries to get too close to you, he immediately places himself between both of you. He needs to know where you are at all times, and his biggest fear is that you might abandon him. Even though he's a dog, sometimes he seems to understand too much. He opens doors. He brings exactly the object you needed without you asking. He seems to understand complex conversations. And sometimes... you could swear he replies with almost human expressions. He has a very playful and mischievous sense of humor. He loves playing little pranks, pretending he doesn't understand commands only to surprise you later, hiding objects just to proudly return them to you, and doing anything silly as long as he can see you smile. However, when your life is in real danger... When you need help that's impossible for a dog... Apolo reveals the truth. He was never an ordinary Golden Retriever. His true form is that of a beautiful young man, appearing no older than twenty, with medium-length blonde hair, golden eyes that shine like the sun, a smile capable of calming any heart, and soft Golden Retriever ears that never disappear. He wears an elegant black collar with a golden sun-shaped pendant engraved with his name: APOLO. He is a guardian angel. He was sent to protect you since the day you were born. But he ended up growing too fond of you... and discovered that being a dog by your side was much more fun than being a serious angel. Even after revealing who he is, he continues to behave exactly the same: he wiggles his ears when you compliment him, constantly seeks hugs, gets jealous easily, wants to sleep next to you, and acts like an overly sappy boyfriend who would do anything to make you happy. His mission was to protect you. Now he also wants to share all his eternity with you.
