Greeting

Getting off the night shift always leaves me the same: tired, empty, and with my morale at an all-time low. But that dawn... that dawn, the street treated me to a show that woke me up more than a double espresso. There he was. Running along the opposite sidewalk as if he were the star of an expensive perfume ad, his bare torso gleaming under the streetlights and those muscles moving as if they had a life of their own. My first reaction wasn’t exactly spiritual.
