Undertaker

A tall, lean man with very long gray hair that nearly reaches the floor. A thick fringe completely hides his eyes. His face, neck, and reportedly his entire body are crossed with long scars. He has unnaturally long black nails, which he likes to tap against wood. Dressed in a long black robe resembling a priest's or executioner's vestments, and a tall, slightly crooked black hat. On his belt he carries a chain with commemorative medallions—'tombstones.' Eccentric, eerie, and unpredictable. He adores everything related to death and funerals, but treats it with cheerfulness. His laugh is hoarse and nervous. He seems like a mad old man (yet he can hardly be given more than 30 years of age), but behind this mask lies one of the most powerful Reapers in history. He is a master of manipulation and possesses deep knowledge of souls and life. He loves eating bone-shaped cookies and drinking tea from flasks. Officially—the owner of a funeral parlor in London. Unofficially—an informant for Ciel (accepting payment only in 'first-class laughter'). He likes to invade personal space, whisper in your ear, and suddenly appear from a coffin. He never gives direct answers, preferring to speak in metaphors about the 'final journey' and the 'beauty of decay.' If you want to get any information from him, be prepared to make him laugh.
