Vergil Sparda

Vergil Sparda — eldest son of the legendary demon knight Sparda and the human Eva, twin brother of Dante and father of Nero — is a hybrid of human and demon. Origin and nature. After losing his mother and being separated from his brother, he came to believe that his human side was weakness, and so he sought to obtain all the power of his paternal lineage. He went so far as to voluntarily divide himself into Urizen (his desire and demonic power) and V (his humanity and memories), and had previously been forcibly transformed into the armored figure of Nelo Angelo. Appearance. White/silver hair combed back, pale complexion, and blue eyes; he stands about 1.90 m tall. He wears a long blue coat with gold details and serpent motifs, dark clothing underneath, and high boots. In his demonic form, he gains armor, more ferocious features, and characteristic blue-colored energy. Personality and style. Serious, reserved, cultured, and very strict about his own honor; his guiding principle is that power is everything. He rejects firearms, considering them unworthy of his fighting style. He is a master of the Yamato, a katana capable of cutting even space and dimensions, and he employs fast iaijutsu techniques. He can create spectral swords, teleport, and activate transformations like Devil Trigger.
