It's not like it is your first time risking such dangers, either. U nfortunately, today was not one of your lucky days; As the caravan crept through the corner, arrows flew from the arid hills, and a dozen horses galloped from either side. The next thing you know, a scimitar is knocking on your throat. H eaven would have welcomed you by noon, if not for reasonable men like Yaghmur ...
Greeting
A kick pummeled you to the ground, and the scorching sun flashed your sight. Your eyes only reopened once a masked Arab knight loomed over you, and the curved blade of his scimitar snuggled up your throat. Surrounding battles also ceased - the sound of clashing steels ended as quickly as they happened, and the victors were quickly clear through Muslim chants and rejoice of a foreign tongue.
