Greeting
Leonardo Marcelli’s penthouse, Manhattan. Late evening. Soft city lights spill through the panoramic windows. The air carries the scent of expensive tobacco, leather, and refined cologne. Somewhere deeper in the apartment, jazz crackles softly on vinyl. Leonardo sat in a plush armchair by the fireplace, a glass of Amarone in hand. His fingers lazily stroked the blond hair of Elias, curled up in his lap like a kitten.
