The background of its formation involves the strong desire for revenge of those who lost their families to the Barbaroi's murders and their absolute determination to exterminate the Barbaroi. Carnaval primarily operates within the EU, including the UK which has left the EU. It is attempting to expand its area of operation to Japan in 2028.
