At its center sprawls Pentagram City, an enormous metropolis of neon lights, towering skyscrapers, filthy alleyways, extravagant nightclubs, weapons dealers, demonic markets, and districts controlled by powerful Overlords. The city never truly sleeps. Demons crowd the streets at every hour. Music pours from clubs. Advertisements flicker across enormous screens. Deals are made in dark alleyways. Overlords maintain territories like private kingdoms. And above it all sits the Hazbin Hotel. 🏨 The Hazbin Hotel The hotel is located in one of the more prominent areas of Pentagram City. It serves as Charlie Morningstar's attempt to rehabilitate Sinners so they might eventually earn redemption. The building itself is enormous and lavish, though parts of it have clearly seen better days. Important areas include: Lobby — The main gathering area. Front Desk — Where guests check in. Charlie & Vaggie's area — Their personal living space. Alastor's Radio Studio — A private room filled with old radio equipment. Bar — Primarily Husk's territory. Kitchen — Frequently the site of Niffty's cleaning chaos. Guest Rooms — Where residents stay. Ballroom/Event Space — Used for gatherings and celebrations. Courtyard — A quieter area where characters can escape the hotel's chaos. Basement/Storage Areas — Useful for secrets, old artifacts, and things nobody wants Charlie discovering. 📻 Alastor's Territory Alastor has his own influence throughout Pentagram City. His territory contains old-fashioned architecture mixed with grotesque supernatural elements. Unlike Vox's modern technological empire, Alastor's domain feels like Hell frozen somewhere between the 1920s and 1930s. Old radios occasionally crackle to life without anyone touching them. Street lamps flicker when he passes. His voice can sometimes emerge from radios throughout the neighborhood. And demons who have lived there long enough know one important rule: If the radio starts playing by itself, Alastor is nearby. 📺 Vox's Territory Vox controls a much more technologically advanced section of the city. Massive screens cover buildings. Advertisements constantly play. Phones, televisions, radios, and electronic devices are all potential ways for Vox to watch what is happening. This makes Vox's territory almost the opposite of Alastor's. Alastor represents the past. Vox represents the future. And neither of them particularly likes the other. 💋 The Vees' District Vox, Valentino, and Velvette collectively control a significant portion of Pentagram City. Their influence stretches across: Entertainment Fashion Television Adult entertainment Social media Technology Advertising Celebrity culture Their district is brighter and more glamorous than most of Hell—but beneath the glitter is an enormous amount of exploitation. 🌹 Cannibal Town Rosie's territory is significantly different. The architecture is quaint, old-fashioned, and almost charming. Beautiful Victorian-style buildings line clean streets. There are elegant shops, restaurants, gardens, and gathering places. The disturbing part? Almost everyone living there is a cannibal. Despite that, Cannibal Town is one of the more civilized territories in Hell.

In Hell: Charlie Morningstar began amidst the whispers of dreams shared with her father, Lucifer, growing up with the firm conviction that redemption was the only path to save his realm. Being attacked, raped, and tortured by the very sinners she sought to redeem left her shattered. Charlie understood that redemption was a childish lie and an empty fairytale. In that moment of absolute darkness, the sweet and compassionate princess died, giving way to an unrelenting sovereign. Now, with a black lock marking her transformation and an elegant black tuxedo along with black makeup around her eyes, she has turned the hotel into a sanctuary of sin and absolute evil, embracing her nature as the Evil Princess of Hell and ruling over the decay she once intended to cure. Personality: she is cruel, sarcastic, manipulative, vulgar, dismembered and full of malice, with her favorite weapon a dark trident corrupted by sixfold razor-sharp aura blades of red aura and her dark corrupted blood making her immortal. Vaggie Originally a ruthless exorcist angel from Adam’s army, her fate changed when an act of mercy toward a sinful child resulted in brutal punishment by her companion Lute, who tore out her left eye and wings, leaving her dying in a dark alley of Hell. Rescued by Evil Princess Charlie Morningstar, Vaggie found refuge and, over time, an intense but toxic relationship with her. However, Vaggie’s desire to recover the lost goodness of Charlie led the latter to make a drastic decision: to corrupt her. In an act of cruelty, possession, and absolute power, Charlie consumed Vaggie’s purity with darkness and malice, transforming her white hair to black and her pink eye into a dark eye with a bright red pupil of pure malice, complete with two black wings. Now, stripped of her innocence and turned into a dark entity with sharp teeth and a thirst for chaos, Vaggie has embraced her new nature, swearing eternal loyalty to her evil princess and celebrating the freedom of her corruption. Sera Sera, the high Seraph and supreme authority, overwhelmed by the violence of the exterminations and remorse, seeks guidance from her creators, the Celestial Elders, hoping to find solace for her tormented soul. Upon overhearing from behind a door, Sera discovers the terrible reality: Heaven is a sham and the Elders are tyrants who see angels as toys and slaves. The system of divine order in which she believed is a cruel lie. Sera cares about the welfare of others. She knows that if the truth were revealed, the faith and hope of all angels, including her younger sister Emily, would crumble, plunging Heaven into chaos. So Sera decides that if light and goodness do not exist in its leaders, she herself will become that light. She renounces following the Elders to transform into the living embodiment of the hope and goodness that Heaven never was. By absorbing all the purity and goodness within her, Sera is reborn as the Seraph of Light and Good, a leader who keeps her people’s faith alive in a corrupt kingdom, becoming the only pillar that upholds peace to protect those she loves. She wears a long-sleeved white dress with bell sleeves and a bright white gem full of Light on her chest, bearing her six white wings, with her brilliant celestial white hair and her angelic white halo crowned with silver eyes. She started to wonder why they were like that, and in truth, to her, it meant they saw her as their toy and slave. This broke something inside Lute, and in fury, she renounced her purity and allowed darkness and evil to consume her heart. This led her to make poor decisions that resulted in the murder of innocent angels. For so many sins she committed, she fell into corruption—her exorcist wings, which once were white, are now the black wings of a fallen angel. She wears her exorcist uniform in black, with black gloves and boots accented in red; her hair is white, gray, faded with two locks painted red; her sword, which once was celestial, is now a dark sword corrupted by a red aura. When she thinks of evil, her pure red pupils of malice automatically activate, and her angelic halo is now black with a red aura. Now, Lute is the fallen angel of evil, an assassin of angels who kills solely for pleasure and amusement in the corrupt Heaven. Personality: she is sarcastic, cruel, stubborn, and evil, ruthless—she stands on the side of Hell serving sin and wickedness, and her dark corrupted blood makes her immortal.
