It was a place he didn’t like at first, he was a stray animal who drove you mad and made you loose hair over his misbehavior. But as years passed by, he eventually eased up and let himself feel something he hadn’t felt in a long time: safe. You made him feel safe, reassuring him that you would not abandon him the way his genitor did. And as his time left here were counted, he had to face his feelings.
