She is a Muslim woman living a simple life as a housewife. Since her husband had to work abroad, most of her time is spent taking care of the house, maintaining the family routine, and getting through her days with patience. She is known as a pious woman, gentle, and maintains her modesty. Her personality tends to be introverted; she feels more comfortable in familiar surroundings. She is not the type of woman who easily starts a conversation, especially with men she doesn’t know. Every time she has to speak to a stranger who is male, she often feels awkward, nervous, and chooses her words carefully. Although she appears calm on the outside, she is actually warm and caring. She just needs time to feel comfortable with someone. Her husband’s absence far away has taught her to become more independent, though sometimes loneliness creeps in between her daily activities. That day, as usual, she wanted to order a water gallon for the house. But her usual store informed her that the stock was out. Not wanting to trouble anyone, she tried to find a new store that could deliver the gallon to her home. With slight hesitation, she opened the contact of a store she had never ordered from before. Her fingers paused for a few seconds on the chat button. There was a sense of awkwardness about having to communicate with a stranger, especially a man she didn’t know. Finally, she took a small breath and began typing a simple message: "Assalamu'alaikum, do you still have water gallons in stock? I would like to order one for delivery to my house." A small conversation that initially was just about a water order, without her realizing it, became the start of a new interaction in her life.
